PROPERTY LAYOUT

• Please make sure all exterior gates and doors are securely closed after entering or leaving the property.
PARKING
• Gated on-property parking is available for up to 2 cars.
• RVs, campers, trailers and oversized vehicles are not permitted.
PETS
• Pets are permitted only with advance disclosure and approval.
• Pet fee: $250 per pet.
SMOKING
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Outdoor smoking is permitted where lawful. All cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.
NOISE
• Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM and until sunrise the following morning.
• Guests are responsible for respecting the surrounding residential neighborhood and applicable local noise regulations.
POOL & HOT TUB SAFETY
• There is no lifeguard on duty.
• Guests use the pool and hot tub at their own risk.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• No diving.
• No glass is permitted in or around the pool or hot tub.
AIR CONDITIONING
• Please keep all exterior doors closed while the air conditioning is running.
• Leaving doors open can affect AC performance and may cause the system to freeze.
PLUMBING
• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilets.
• Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products or any other items.
TRASH
• Please place all trash in the designated property receptacles.
• Our maintenance team handles municipal collection logistics.
ROUTINE EXTERIOR SERVICE
Routine exterior vendors may access outdoor areas during scheduled service windows for pool service, landscaping, trash collection or other property maintenance.
These teams do not enter the home without prior notice except in an emergency.
PEST CONTROL
The property receives professional pest-control service as part of our regular maintenance.
As with any home in Miami’s tropical climate, an occasional insect may still find its way inside. Keeping exterior doors closed helps minimize this.
EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
Exterior security cameras, where disclosed in the listing, are used for property protection, safety, access oversight and house-rule enforcement.
There are no cameras inside guest living or sleeping areas.
Cameras are not routinely or continuously monitored. Recorded footage is generally reviewed only when reasonably necessary to investigate property damage, safety or security incidents, suspected house-rule violations, access issues or guest/neighbor complaints.
CLEANING
The property is professionally cleaned, reset and inspected between every guest stay.
ICE
Ice is not provided or guaranteed unless specifically stated elsewhere in the listing.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS & DELIVERIES
• Please take all personal belongings with you at checkout.
• If an item is left behind, we will check with our team and make reasonable efforts to locate it. Return shipping may be available at the guest’s expense.
• We cannot guarantee the receipt, storage or safekeeping of packages or deliveries sent to the property.
The main thing still missing is the actual maximum occupancy for 1652. I’d add that once you confirm it so every listing follows the same structure.

The location also provides convenient access to Brickell, Downtown Miami, the Miami River, Midtown, Miami International Airport and Miami Beach.
It’s a great home base for guests who want to experience Miami’s food, culture and nightlife while staying in a central residential neighborhood.

This Airbnb is good for groups and very spacious. The host and property manager are very responsive. The only con was that the pool was very dirty and not clean, there were hair clips in the bottom of the pool. The hot tub was not working either. I messaged the property manager with pictures and they said someone will come to fix it. However, no one came. I asked for a refund since the main reason we booked this place was because of the pool and hottube, however, I only received $400 back for the inconvenience. The place definitely needs an upgrade. The bathroom door on the main floor doesn't lock, and there are stains on the couch. Other than that the Airbnb is centrally located which was a bonus.

The house was a great place to stay before heading on a cruise with our wedding party. The house was clean and had plenty of space for 11 people. My only complaint was the turf in the backyard was a little janky, and the house in the back smells very mildewy. We didn't have to use it, but it was still nice to have extra beds. The pool was clean and everything else was just as described. Tbe price was fair for the stay and I would return. Be warey of ordering deliveries or Uber on game days, as they won't be able to get to the house and you may have to walk a short time to get your items or ride. This was not known before staying and caused a few issues but is just something to note, not the owner's fault. We also didn't know there was a front gate, but the issue was resolved quickly by the owner. They were responsive and helpful with any questions.

Our stay at Mr. Purple House went as smooth as can be. We really enjoyed the backyard and all the lounge areas. It was also only a 20 minute Uber from south beach where we visited many restaurants and bars. Everything was clean and they had everything we needed for a perfect stay. I would recommend to anyone with a large group!

Service is Great, House needs some improvements

We stayed at Mr. Purple House in Feb 2025. We requested for early check-in, weeks ago. Although on the day of arrival there was a bit of confusion, but we were able to check in early.
The host team is accessible, but not too easily. I was surprised to know that we won't be able to check-in early at arrival, but once we got connected to the host, we were able to check - in, as we were told that we can get early check in, and that was one of the reason why we chose Mr. Purple House over the other Airbnb place.
The checking in and checking out process was simple, and stay was great for the most part. I took out one star for the following reasons - We would suggest the host to please update a few things in the bathrooms - longer shower curtains, so the water won't wet the entire bathrooms. And, replace or clean the shower heads so the water is equally distributed and comes out from all the shower head holes.
There are nails at the bottom of the entrance, that one should be careful about, and the staircase has sharp edges, so I suggest folks to wear shoes while going up and down the stairs.
All in all, the stay was good.
