LOGISTICS:
› A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival.
› Check-in: 4:00 PM.
› Check-out: 10:00 AM.
› An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

CLEANING:
› All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
› Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.).
› Washer and dryer (detergent is provided)
TV: TV is Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.


GARBAGE: 
-We ask your group to please make sure you are taking out the trash on trash days. Trash days are Tuesday morning and Friday morning. 


PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees.

PARKING:  There is a spot for 1 car on the property, please park on the Red Bumper block in front of the property window

PETS: Pets are not allowed. 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.
