THE SPACE

Casa Alaïa is a private 5-bedroom, 3-bath Miami home designed for families and larger groups, with comfortable indoor gathering spaces and a private tropical backyard with a pool and hot tub.

The guest space occupies the main portion of a triplex property. A separate residential unit is located toward the rear of the property and is separated from the guest area by a 6-foot privacy fence. The backyard, pool, hot tub and all outdoor areas shown in the listing photos are exclusively for your group.

DOWNSTAIRS

The main level includes:

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed

• Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed  
• 2 full bathrooms  
• Large living room with sectional sofa  
• 60-inch Smart TV

Two of the downstairs bedrooms also have Smart TVs.

UPSTAIRS

The upstairs is accessed internally and includes:

• Bedroom 4: Two full beds and one bunk bed  
• Bedroom 5: Three full beds  
• 1 full bathroom  

One upstairs bedroom also has a Smart TV.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The private backyard is surrounded by tropical landscaping and reserved exclusively for your group.

The outdoor space includes:

• 10' x 20' private pool, approximately 4 feet deep  
• Private hot tub with jets, lights and adjustable temperature up to 104°F  
• Outdoor dining area  
• Lounge space  
• Propane barbecue grill  
• Tropical landscaping  
• Private front porch  

Please note that the pool is not heated. Hot tub use is included with your stay.

KITCHEN & DINING

The main kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, glasses and mugs.

There is an indoor dining area as well as outdoor dining space.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Smart TVs are located in the main living room and select bedrooms.

The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area, and laundry detergent is provided.

Clean linens and towels are provided for all sleeping arrangements. Extra towels, pillows and blankets are available in bedroom closets and dressers.

Shampoo, soap, hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, hangers and other household essentials are also provided.

PARKING

There is no on-property parking at Casa Alaïa. Free street parking is generally available directly in front of and around the property.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT

• Check-in: 4:00 PM  
• Checkout: 10:00 AM  
• Early check-in and late checkout are permitted only when approved in advance.

OCCUPANCY & VISITORS

• Maximum overnight occupancy: 20 guests.  
• All overnight guests must be included in the reservation.  
• Reasonable daytime visitors are permitted as long as the total number of people at the property remains within the maximum occupancy, all house rules are followed, and the gathering is not a party or event.  
• Parties, receptions and events are prohibited.

PROPERTY LAYOUT

• Casa Alaïa occupies the main portion of a triplex property.

PARKING

• RVs, campers, trailers and oversized vehicles are not permitted.

PETS

• Pets are permitted only with advance disclosure and approval.  
• Pet fee: $250 per pet.

SMOKING

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.  
• Outdoor smoking is permitted where lawful. All cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.

NOISE

• Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM and until sunrise the following morning.  
• Guests are responsible for respecting the surrounding residential neighborhood and applicable local noise regulations.

POOL & HOT TUB SAFETY

• There is no lifeguard on duty.  
• Guests use the pool and hot tub at their own risk.  
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.  
• No diving.  
• No glass is permitted in or around the pool or hot tub.

AIR CONDITIONING

• Please keep all exterior doors closed while the air conditioning is running.  
• Leaving doors open can affect the performance of the AC system and may cause the units to freeze.

PLUMBING

• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilets.  
• Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products or any other items.

TRASH

• Please place all trash in the designated property receptacles.  
• Our maintenance team handles municipal collection logistics.

ROUTINE EXTERIOR SERVICE

Routine exterior vendors may access outdoor areas during scheduled service windows for pool service, landscaping, trash collection or other property maintenance.

These teams do not enter the home without prior notice except in an emergency.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS

Exterior security cameras are located around the exterior of the property for property protection, safety, access oversight and house-rule enforcement.

There are no cameras inside the home or in guest living or sleeping areas.

Cameras are not routinely or continuously monitored. Recorded footage is generally reviewed only when reasonably necessary to investigate property damage, safety or security incidents, suspected house-rule violations, access issues or guest/neighbor complaints.

CLEANING

The property is professionally cleaned, reset and inspected between every guest stay.

ICE

Ice is not provided or guaranteed.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS & DELIVERIES

• Please take all personal belongings with you at checkout.  
• If an item is left behind, we will check with our team and make reasonable efforts to locate it. Return shipping may be available at the guest’s expense.  
• We cannot guarantee the receipt, storage or safekeeping of packages or deliveries sent to the property.

Casa Alaïa is centrally located between Brickell and Little Havana, giving guests easy access to two of Miami’s most popular areas while still offering a more residential home base.
Calle Ocho’s restaurants, cafes, bars and cultural attractions are nearby, while Brickell’s dining, nightlife and business district are just minutes away. Downtown Miami, the Miami River, loanDepot park, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Miami International Airport and Miami Beach are also within convenient reach.
It’s a strong location for guests who want to explore different sides of Miami without staying in the middle of the busiest tourist areas.
