🌿 Yard & Pool Maintenance
Pool cleaning is scheduled for Monday mornings. If the pool or hot tub is not up to your expectations upon arrival, please let us know — we’ll send someone promptly.
🏊 Pool Use Guidelines
No lifeguard on duty — use the pool at your own risk.
No diving and no glass containers in or near the pool area.
The homeowner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, injuries, or personal harm.
🗑️ Garbage Collection
Garbage is collected every Tuesday and Friday morning.
If needed, please place the garbage bins at the end of the driveway the night before. If possible, kindly return them to the side of the house after pickup.
If the bins aren’t full, don’t worry — our cleaning team will handle it after your departure.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM in accordance with local ordinances.
